Please send us an email at email@example.com if you are not completely satisfied. Once the request for a return has been received and approved you will be responsible for returning the unused portion of the product to us. Upon receipt of the returned product we will refund your purchase price (less shipping expenses) to your original form of payment.
If your package has arrived damaged and/or your item is compromised, please contact us within 72 hours for a replacement at no extra charge. Please send pictures of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item is non-deliverable due to an oversight by the shipper, you may request a full refund or replacement.
If the item is non-deliverable for reasons that are the customer's responsibility (including, but not limited to: the wrong address given and refusal to pay customs fees), you may request a refund or store credit upon the return of the item (minus shipping costs).
