If your package has arrived damaged and your item is compromised, please fill out the returns form within 72 hours for a replacement at no extra charge. You'll be required to document the damage with pictures.
If the item is non-deliverable because of oversight by the Shipper, you may request a full refund or replacement.
If the item is non-deliverable for reasons that are Customer's responsibilty (including, but not limited to: wrong address given and refusal to pay customs fees), you may request a refund or store credit upon return of the item (minus any restocking and shipping costs).
To ensure your satisfaction with our products we offer a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee on your initial purchase. Once the request for a return has been received and approved you will be responsible for returning the unused portion of the product to us. Upon approval and receipt of the returned product we will refund your purchase price (less shipping expenses, restocking fees and any prorations for product consumption) to your original form of payment.
