We put a very conservative expiration date of one year on all FORIA products. It can last much longer if kept in room temps avoiding extreme temperature changes and direct sun. After a couple of years, the efficacy of the THC might start to decline, but the coconut oil and cocoa butter lasts for a very long time.
If you purchased FORIA from a dispensary recently (within a month), and it shows that it is expired, you would have to go back to that dispensary for a return or exchange. We do not handle returns or refunds to anyone that purchased directly from a dispensary. We can only offer this to those who purchase through our online collective in California. However, we go through inventory quickly, so the chances of you receiving a product from our collective close to the expiration date is unlikely.
There should be a sticker on the packaging with the expiry date, either on the box (CA) or the childproof dram (CO).
